Today we continue our monthly series connecting this past weeks postings, Wonderful World of Weenies, where we featured several of the worlds “Sleeping Beauty Castles”. Be sure to check out our two Weenie Posts this week featuring:
This post focuses more on The Original Castle in Disneyland. There have been several Vinylmations, three of them, to feature Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. The first one released, in December 2008, was the Chaser to Park Series #1. The vinylmation featured Sleeping Beauty Castle and a Balloon on the front, representing Disneyland, and on the back it featured Cinderella Castle, with the Balloon reading Walt Disney World
Released in Park Series #2, the second figure is one of the 9in Figures. It features the castle in the clouds, and the bottom portion under the clouds.
The third Vinylmation can represent either Sleeping Beauty or Cinderella’s Castle. But this one was released in Park Series #3, and featured a Castle Turret. Ironically, a Castle themed Vinylmation has been released in every Vinylmation Park Series released so far, except the latest one, Park Series #4.
